With respect to his conflict resolution activities, Dan has successfully mediated and/or resolved over 2,000 cases. During his legal career, Dan has represented numerous Fortune 500 Companies, privately held corporations, non-profit charitable organizations as well as individuals in highly complex and financially significant matters.

Dan has as well also served as a consultant serving the local, state, national and international needs of individuals, companies, corporations, state and national governmental entities, regulatory bodies and countries requiring expertise in resolving complex legal and business issues associated with his historical professional experience in his numerous fields of expertise.

Dan graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and was a member of Sigma Iota Epsilon, a business management national honor fraternity.  He attended South Texas College of Law where he graduated in the top quarter of his class. While there he was a member of Who’s Who in American Law Schools, Outstanding Young Men of America, Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities, Delta Theta Phi (Legal Fraternity), and was awarded Second Place Advocate and Third Place Brief in the Leroy Jeffers Moot Court Competition. In addition he holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy, a seminary degree and is an Ordained Non-Denominational Minister.
