Experience
Mr. King has handled lawsuits and mediations as lead trial counsel, co-lead trial counsel, lead class counsel, co-lead class counsel, general counsel, oversight counsel and settlement counsel in highly volatile legal disputes and obtained judgments or settlements totaling in the billions of dollars for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. With respect to conflict resolution activities, he has successfully mediated and/or resolved over 2,000 cases. In these various capacities, as both Plaintiffs Counsel or Defense Counsel, Mr. King has sued or represented Fortune 500 Companies, privately held corporations, non-profit charitable organizations, hospital systems, class litigants as well as individuals in highly complex and financially significant matters.
